Our lovely home is located in a tranquil location 10 minutes from the historic village of Pollensa. In keeping with traditional Mediterranean style, the house has exposed beams, terracotta floors, and high ceilings. Outside, the beautiful terraces protect you from the hot summer sun, creating a perfect shaded area for relaxing with a cooling drink.
As you enter the house into the welcoming hall, on the left you have 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. To the right, doors open into a spacious open plan lounge and dining area flowing naturally into the farmhouse style kitchen, which is ideal for entertaining a large family.Two sets of patio doors lead from the lounge to the large terrace overlooking the pool and garden.From the hall, stairs lead up to 2 further double bedrooms with a shared bathroom. Both bedrooms have access to a large terrace with magnificent views of the mountains.
